Who We Are
We are one Queensland plumbing business, plain and simple. No call centres, no franchise scripts: you deal with the same team from the first call through to the last washer seated.
Our own people do the work. Every job is handled by licensed plumbers and gasfitters who cover water, drainage and gas between them.
That range matters here. A weatherboard cottage on stumps and an apartment tower can share the one street and need completely different approaches, and we carry both in the one van.
How We Work
Three things stay the same whether the job is a washer swap or a full repipe:
A fixed quote before any work starts
You see the price, you approve it, and that is the price you pay.
Lifetime Labour Warranty
Every job is handled by a licensed plumber under QBCC No: 15024607, and the labour has a lifetime labour warranty.
Card or EFTPOS on site
Once the work is finished, you settle up on the spot. Nothing to chase later.
If something is going wrong right now, our emergency plumbing team deals with burst pipes, overflowing toilets, hot water failures and gas faults. The general plumbing, drainage and hot water teams look after everything booked ahead.
Where We Work
Auchenflower in two halves. It is a suburb of two plumbing worlds: timber Queenslanders on the old estate blocks, and the units and apartments that replaced so many houses along the main roads. We work in both.
Our regular run also takes in Paddington, Milton, West End, Toowong and Bardon, so if you are just over the boundary, you are still on our patch. When you phone, have the details listed on the contact page handy.
Need a plumber in Auchenflower?
$0 call-out fees, available 24/7, and same-day where we can.
What We Will Not Do
We will not start work without a price you have approved. We will not send anyone who is not licensed for the work they are doing. And we will not tell you a job needs doing if it does not.
If a repair will fix the problem, we will say so. If a replacement is the honest answer, we will say that too, and show you why.
Questions People Ask Us
Call (07) 3067 4289Are you licensed for plumbing and gas work?
Yes, every water, drainage and gas job we take on is carried out under QBCC No: 15024607, which covers plumbing and drainage and gasfitting, and the number is on the public QBCC register.
Who actually does the work on my job?
Our locally owned and operated team of licensed plumbers and gasfitters handles every booking, arriving ready to help in your laundry or kitchen with the professionalism you expect from a business that is not a franchise.
Which suburbs do you cover?
We work Auchenflower plus Paddington, Milton, West End, Toowong and Bardon, from the weatherboard cottages on the early estate streets through to the apartment towers that line the roads toward the river.
How do I get a price before you start?
Ring (07) 3067 4289, tell us what is happening, and once we have looked at the job you receive a fixed quote before any work starts, so the figure you approve is the one you pay.
Can you come the same day?
We work same-day where we can, so the earlier you ring (07) 3067 4289 after a problem appears, the better the odds of a plumber reaching your place before the day ends.
How do I book a plumber in Auchenflower?
Call (07) 3067 4289 and tell us what is going on, whether it is a dripping mixer today or a planned bathroom refresh next month, and we will find a time that suits.
